  1. Are you kidding ? I got an answering machine not a person. The outgoing message by the most unfriendly sounding person I’ve heard in years.

    I’m getting no reading from the sensor to the monitor.

    • Hi Al,

      Please try to attach the probe wire to the transmitter properly. And also try to checked if the batteries were properly placed.

  2. ANOTHER FAILED THERMOMETER.

    I can’t believe it !
    I tried using the replacement that you sent me and it, too, is defective.
    I followed the instructions..to the letter and here are the issues:
    1. The display is barely visible whether lighted or not
    2. The sending unit worked for about five minutes and quit.

    I have all,the original packaging from both defective units and I’ll be happy ( not really) to send both back to you..
    I’m not telling you how to run your business, but your supplier is no friend of yours .
    If you Iintend to send me a third unit, may I humbly ask you to open the package , check it , and send me a thermometer that works.

  4. Angela,

    I received a Thermo Future for Christmas and opened it today to use with my new Electric Smoker.

    When I put fresh batteries in, the instructions state I should see (3) blinking red lights then the probe would be transmitting the current temp to the handheld device. I would get a single red light and no temp ever showed on the handheld device.

    Is there anything else I need to do?

  5. Had the original thermometer, unfortunately t broke. When it worked it was perfection. So I ordered a new one. Well, it doesn’t work as good as the first one. I used it in the oven tonight and it was 10 degrees off. So I am returning it. Also the instuction paper got me confused, this is a bbq thermometer, so why does the last sentence say not to use in it a barbeque??

    Rec’d a thermometer for Father’s Day and it immediately broke during the bbq that evening. there is no way to fix it. I have sent two previous posts in hopes that you received them. Rapid response would be appreciated as to what to do from here

  9. We received Thermo Future as a gift – it worked great & we had good results for a couple of times. Third time we tried to use it, would not work to provide any accurate read-out. Really liked the product and would like to obtain a replacement! Please reply as to how we should proceed with getting a replacement unit that works.

  10. Help! We were so excited to use this meat thermometer with our Charbroil Big Easy. We have methodically read and performed as instructed in the manual but the sensor does not communicate with the monitor. No LLL or temperature of any kind. Please help asap!

  11. We have the Long Range BBQ Wireless Meat Thermometer and the on/off switch on the back of the monitor is pushed in so we cannot access it to turn it on or off…..no screen is being activated. Please contact me so I can get a replacement.
